2. Principles

I process personal data in good faith, lawfully and proportionately. I only collect and process data that is required to operate this website and to communicate with you.

3. Processing when visiting the website (server logs)

When this website is accessed, my hosting provider automatically stores data in server log files that your browser transmits. These are generally:

• anonymised or shortened IP address
• date and time of access
• name and URL of the file retrieved
• browser and operating system used
• referrer URL (the previously visited page)

This data serves the technical operation, security and stability of the website. It is not merged with your person. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and delivered via a global content delivery network (CDN). A data processing addendum is in place with Vercel.

Data transfer to the USA: As Vercel is based in the USA, personal data (in particular IP addresses from the server logs) may be transferred to and processed in the USA. Under data protection law, the USA may be considered a country with a lower level of protection. Vercel provides appropriate safeguards for this (including standard contractual clauses under the data processing addendum). 4. No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and uses no tracking or web analytics services (such as Google Analytics). No usage profiles are created.

5. Fonts and external content

All fonts used are served locally from my own server. When the site is accessed, no connections are made to external third-party servers (such as Google Fonts or content delivery networks) through which your data could be leaked.

6. Contacting me & contact form

If you contact me by email or via the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, company where applicable, and the content of your message) is processed and stored to handle your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

When sent via the contact form, your message is technically processed through my hosting provider (Vercel, see section 3) and then delivered to me by email via my Swiss email provider (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland). No further disclosure to third parties takes place without your consent.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is only disclosed where this is required to operate the website (e.g. to the hosting provider as a processor) or where I am legally obliged to do so. Personal data is not sold.

8. Retention

I retain personal data only for as long as required for the stated purposes or as prescribed by statutory retention periods. The data is then deleted.

9. Your rights

Within the framework of applicable data protection law, you have in particular the right to:

• information about the personal data I process
• correction of inaccurate data
• deletion or destruction of your data
• objection to data processing
• release or portability of data

To exercise your rights, a message to info@uzundigital.ch is sufficient.

10. Data security

This website is delivered over an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS). I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

11. Supervisory authority

The competent supervisory authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch.

12. Changes

I reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or reflects changes to my services. The version published on this page applies.
