Your advertising learns on forms. Not on revenue.

The ad platform only learns about the close if you tell it. Without that feedback your algorithm optimises for form submissions — and the platform then treats the cheapest contact as the best one. The cheapest contact is rarely the one that closes. This gap costs money every month, and it shows up in no report.

What gets built

00

The closed measurement chain

From the ad click through every intermediate step to the paid contract — including where campaign parameters no longer travel along.

01

Feedback carrying the real revenue value

Two separate events: a frequent, early-firing one for bid management and a rare, late one carrying the actual value for the profitability calculation. Plus negative signals for identified false enquiries and recovery paths for those wrongly filtered out.

02

Tracking and consent

Server-side tracking, consent mode and consent management set up properly — the precondition for being allowed to report anything back at all.

03

A daily report with hypotheses

Every morning: metrics, anomalies and the next three actions. The code computes the numbers, the model only judges them — every signal carries a confidence note. Observations become falsifiable hypotheses with an expiry date; what holds up becomes a rule, what stops holding expires.

What it does not do

  • No conversions are invented. Reporting deliberately errs on the side of too few rather than too many.
  • The report changes nothing. There is no automatic edit in the ad account — it recommends, you decide.

What you bring

Your own ad accounts, read access to them, and a consent situation that permits feedback at all. Plus a person who acts on the recommendations.

What it costs

How the work is done

Four construction decisions that were actually made this way in the system — open to questioning, not merely claimed.

  • No number beats a wrong number

Where the data doesn't support an answer, the system hands the case to a human instead of guessing.

  • Nothing is discarded silently

Anything suspicious is flagged and reviewed, not deleted. A genuine enquiry dropped in silence is the most expensive mistake such a system can make.

  • Automation commits to nothing

No assistant promises a price, no report changes an ad account. The model explains, the human commits.

  • Handover-ready from day one

Documentation is enforced, not written on the side. An outside developer understands the system in two days.

Does this fit?

It starts with a conversation about the goal, the scope and what is realistic. If the system doesn't fit, that is said at the end of that conversation — not in an invoice.
